Phoebe's Cupcakes opened with the purpose of creating the best gourmet cupcakes and cakes anywhere. Each cupcake and cake is hand-baked fresh throughout the day in small batches and hand-frosted by culinary school trained pastry chefs. . Our velvety texture cake, and signature swirl Italian butter cream frosting are made with premium quality ingredients, including imported European chocolate, whole vanilla beans, and fresh fruit. You will be able to taste the difference.

We rotate our in-store menu of 15 flavors of cupcakes and cakes each week among 200 premium gourmet flavors, ranging from classics such as Red Velvet, Chocolate, Funfetti, Vanilla, and Carrot, to more unique flavors such as Key Lime Pie, Mint Chocolate Chip, Dreamsicle, and our famous Salted Caramel and Pancake & Bacon cupcakes.

All 200 flavors are available with 7 days advance ordering, and are available for catered events in the Chicago area such as wedding cupcakes, parties, and other events. We are up to the challenge of meeting the demands of almost any custom order, whether it be a small intimate gathering, or a large wedding or event, which in the past we have catered for as many as 5,000 guests.

In addition to cupcakes and cakes, we also make and sell coffee, pies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, cookies, scones, muffins and fruit tarts (seasonal).
