Phoebe's Cupcakes L.L.C. is headed by Co-President and Founder Phoebe Walters, an executive pastry chef who has been featured on The Food Network, Chicago Tribune, and TimeOut magazine; and whose cupcakes have appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show's website, ABC News in Chicago, and MSN. Ms. Walters has substantial experience in managing baking and food service operations. She is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.

Kate McNamara - Founder, Co-President, Board of Director
Ms. McNamara has been instrumental in developing Phoebe's Cupcakes more than 200 flavors. She has been featured on The Food Network, Chicago Tribune, and TimeOut magazine; and whose cupcakes have appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show's website, ABC News in Chicago, and MSN.She has substantial baking and retail cafe management experience and is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
